This hotel offers the following packages:
Tropicana Las Vegas has adopted a new South Beach theme.
The entire edifice has gone through a $180 million renovation. Included in these renovations is the 50,000-square-foot casino, which features white marble tiling, new chairs at the slot machines and new carpet. The Tropicana's theme has lightened, brightened and headed south with tropical South Beach décor.
The refurbished towers have renovated rooms featuring 42-inch plasma television sets, iPod docks and updated décor with interesting touches like plantation shutters on the windows. There is even a vanilla/coconut-like scent wafting through the hallways to appeal to guests' senses and impart a tropical feel.
The hotel's remodeled race and sports book features additional seating and multiple big-screen televisions. Alexandra's beauty salon and a fitness center with all of the latest cardio equipment have both been remodeled.
The Tropicana remembers its historic Las Vegas roots with the Las Vegas Mob Experience. It features a collection of more than 1,000 authentic artifacts including jewelry, clothes, diaries, letters, weapons and photos from the estates of infamous mobsters. The 27,000-square-foot, 32-room museum is an interactive attraction with holograms and other types of entertainment technologies that showcase the major figures and historic events in organized crime.
Nightlife offerings include Nikki Beach, which gives guests a tropical pool experience with daybeds, crisp white linens and a South Beach vibe. At night, it turns into Club Nikki, a 15,000-square-foot club with dancing and doors opening out onto the multitiered pool deck. The Tropicana pool features lush tropical landscaping, a shaded area and a grassy area perfect for laying out in the sun or lounging under a tree.
Guests can enjoy several dining choices including Bacio by Carla Pellegrino, the Italian restaurant at the Tropicana, featuring pizzas, calzones, pastas and more. There is also Biscayne Steak, Sea and Wine, which serves up their steakhouse fare in a cheerful dining room decorated with beige colors and dark woods.
There are lots of entertainment choices at the Tropicana. The Brad Garrett Comedy Club features top comedians like Kevin Nealon, Rondell Sheridan and occasionally Garrett himself. Plus, guests can enjoy leather seating and live music or DJs in Ambhar Lounge, which is located just off the main casino floor and serves an array of classic cocktails crafted from Ambhar Platinum tequila.
Headlining singer Gladys Knight, known for hits like "Midnight Train to Georgia" and "Heard it Through the Grapevine" performs in her show "Gladys Knight: A Mic and a Light" at the Tropicana.
If you're in town for a conference, the Tropicana offers more than 100,000 square feet of conference space, featuring state-of-the-art technology that will make your convention or special event sail smoothly.
